The Royal Shipping Process

Whether your puppy is traveling across the state or across the country, we coordinate the entire itinerary:

1. Specialist Consultation: Our travel coordinator identifies the most direct route to your nearest major airport or arranges for direct home delivery.

2. PetSafe Priority: We only partner with airlines that implement a dedicated PetSafe Program. This ensures your Boxer is kept in climate-controlled, pressurized environments throughout the journey.

3. Full Itinerary: Once booked, you will receive a detailed electronic itinerary including flight numbers, arrival times, and specific pickup instructions.

4. Day of Journey: We personally transport your puppy to the airport, handling all check-in procedures and paperwork. We will call or text you the moment your puppy is safely in the hands of the flight professionals.

🛡️ Is it Safe for a Royal Boxer?

We receive many inquiries about the safety of shipping a puppy. It is natural to worry if they will be scared or lonely. Here is how we ensure their comfort:

• Expert Supervision: In our years of experience, we have found that puppies are remarkably resilient. Airlines treat high-value pets with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

• Nutrition & Hydration: We attach clear feeding instructions and a supply of premium puppy food to the crate. We provide a specialized frozen water system that thaws slowly, ensuring they have fresh water throughout the flight.

• Comforts of Home: Every Royal Boxer travels in a premium crate with a plush bed of shredded nesting material. We include a “comfort toy” or a soft item with our scent on it to help the puppy feel secure and calm.

The safety of our Boxers is non-negotiable. Because Boxers are sensitive to extreme temperatures, we adhere to strict safety protocols:

• Climate Guarantee: Puppies are shipped in the “belly” of the plane, which is kept at a comfortable 70 degrees, exactly like the passenger cabin.

• Strict Regulations: We only ship when ground temperatures are between 20 and 85 degrees. If it is too hot or too cold, we will simply reschedule for the next safest window—safety always comes before the schedule.

• Electronic Crates: For specialized transport, we utilize temperature-regulated electronic crates that maintain the perfect environment for a Boxer’s unique respiratory needs.

📋 What We Need from You

To begin the “Royal Process,” we strive to make our trips to the airport efficient. Since we are located 30 minutes from our hub, we do not charge extra for delivery to the airport. To help us, please provide:

• Your nearest major airport.

• Your full home address and primary phone number.

• A list of days/times when you (or an authorized person with ID) are available for pickup.

The Arrival: Once you receive your puppy, all you need is your ID and the Airway Bill number we provide. We ask that you contact us immediately upon arrival. We are always anxious to hear that our “Royal heir” has arrived safely and to answer any first-day questions you may have!
